Stomach fat after csec
Hello dr...m sudeepta..need ur suggestions..m mother of 2 yr old boy...I had my csec delivery in nov 2021..still my belly looks like I'm 7 months pregnant..how should i reduce belly...is it possible to reduce my belly by wearing a belt after 2 years of delivery???plz suggest...which belt is good

Abdominal belt will not help.... U can do exercise and. Dieting to reduce the belly.....

You will require abdomen specific exercises like abdominal crunches or Surya namaskar wearing a belt is not going to reduce the belly

After delivery only way to reduce belly is exercise/ yoga along with high protein diet . Belt will not reduce belly fat , It is used mostly to prevent hernia in very fat patients.a
