Retrainer query
I had braces in 2015 and now my one of frontal seems bursting out .i don't know if i am just feeling.i would like to ask if i have make try for retrainers or just try my fingers to push them.kindly advice.i had to remove 4 teeths during braces and 2 teeths replaced with zirconium after rct.please quide gow to take care so that i dont suffer from any dental issues in future.

Get new retainers made from your orthodontist. Ideally you should wear retainer for 1 year only take them out while eating n brushing. You should wear it in night as well. After 1 year you can continue to wear retainer for as much time it is possible for you to wear them if you want long term results.

Retainers are must . U need to wear them for a specific duration otherwise  ur ortho treatment  will relapse . Finger pressure will not work .See ur  Orthodontist.
