Hello sir. There are restrictions with regard to beverages sir. But you will definitely have to avoid hard and sticky food items as it may cause breakage of the brackets.

Dietary restrictions during Braces is important to avoid breakages. Foods to avoid during braces are extremely hard & sticky food. Food items like rice, idli etc which is soft in consistency can be taken without any restrictions. Hot and cold drinks can be consumed. Removable Elastics if present need to be taken off before eating. Brush twice and rinse mouth after every meal to maintain better oral hygiene.
