Getting Mouth ulcer while eating foods
Hello Dr, when ever I am eating hot foods like - Chicken, Mango, Prawns, Papaya, I am getting Mouth ulcer immediately. I just want to know - what is the reason for that and how to avoid and recover.

This could be due to an underlying condition like a vitamin deficiency or may be fibrosis in your mouth due to tobacco or other habbits. Also, if you have gastric issues and your stomach stays upset most of the times you need to treat that as well, because that could be a major cause of excessive body heat generation that leads to oral ulcers.

It might be burning sensation on eating spicy food..which is becos of oral submucous fibrosis..is thr a history of pan masala chewing???plz seek professional help..

What u mentioned...causes mouth ulcers...like spicy food..etc etc.. Fr sometime avoid dese Use lignocaine gel and Betadine cream.. Dont brush from dat side...massage cream in dat area Check ur b12 and folic acid tested

Hi, ulcer can not appear immediately if it appears in mouth with pain will atleast take 2-3 days and will go off with in a week if small or simple aphthous ulcer. First you have to be clear wheather it is ulcer or burning senasation during having hot and spicy food. Because treatment will differ according to type of disease or symptom.
