I can't keep my legs still, even in movie theatre or car, I fold my legs into chair.
This has worsened over a month, especially at nights, I unconsiously move my legs, which disturbs my sleep. Pressing legs or oil massage or taking a small walk helps temporarily and the problem repeats again.
I came across Restless legs syndrome, symptoms seem similar. Can you tell me if it is RLS indeed and how to handle it for long term?
