I am requesting a second opinion on the attached Histopathology And Cytology report. My mother-in-law had been diagnosed with 1st stage breast cancer (right) and underwent surgery for the same, which included removal of the right breast. However, we aren't able to figure out from the report if there is a need to take further treatment. If someone can please advise on the same, thank you.

Chemotherapy followed by hormonal therapy. Chemotherapy can be omitted also in this case. You can go for oncotype DX testing if affordable. Additional advantage of giving chemotherapy in this case is not very high. Please meet a medical oncologist to discuss the issue.
Can you also share the ER/PR report and the HER2 neu report? There is no need for radiation for her stage of disease. However, she might need hormonal or targeted therapy based on her ER/PR/HER2neu report?
