Your blood sugar is at upper limit of border line , can't rely on 1 report only need another investigation for being diabetic or not and cholesterol level is also high , do you have any family history? And how is your lifestyle ?

Yes. You need medications for Cholesterol atleast. Specific lifestyle changes are mandatory for both the situations. Further lab tests are required for Diabetes for better evaluation.
