Only blood reports without clinical history and exam. are inconclusive. Widal test need to be significant if positive in increasing titers , this test is seems to be a slide test ,not a standard tube method

Widal is non specific test. It does not conclude anything. It depends what symptoms you are having. If you are having fever then you should do blood culture. If it comes positive then it can be treated accordingly
