Report'detail is follow HISTOPATHOLOGY REPORT ENDOMETRIAL BIOPSY GROSSLY: - Received multiple grayish brown soft tissue masses, 5x5 cm. in dimensions. MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : - The section shows the presence of hsemonhage alongwith degenerated and hyalinized chortionic vill - Trophobiastic tissue with monoruciear infillerate is there. - The section shows the presence of haemorhage alongwith degenerated and hyalinized chononic villi. - Trophoblastic tissue with mononuclear intilterate is there. Z.N. STAINING: NEGATIVE FOR ACID-FAST BACILLI. OPINION : - The histopathological picture is suggestive of DEGENERATED PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION IN THE SUBMITTED MATERIAL.

Histopathological examination reports on the contents from Uterus after an abortion only confirm that you were pregnant and some pieces of conception were still there in the uterus after you had an abortion.
Any information worthwhile which can help you in next pregnancy will come from genetic studies on the material obtained from Uterus. The facility is not available in most of the places, and even if you can get it done , not many clinicians will be able to give a precise advice.
So it is an exercise in futility.
