Repeated thoughts of a name
I am repeatedly getting thoughts of a name in my head. It is the name of a friend who I had liking for, however no relationship developed between us. His name repeatedly keeps popping in my head. It happens also while doing some work. When his name flashes in my head, I have difficulties concentrating. Mostly I say his name inside my head but sometimes I even verbalize it loudly outside. I have tried all means to forget him. I no longer have a liking for him or miss him but his name repeatedly appears in my head. What is the problem I don't understand.
