I have medium hole in my left ear I get operated,but it's not success it again I have medium hole in my left ear,it's heal it's own or can any solution clear without surgery

You need a tympanoplasty surgery again along with a mastoidectomy . Your cochlear reserve and the Eustachian tube functions need to be tested prior to surgery .

After surgery wait for 3 months if it heal than go for surgery no other options
