Traumatic perforation of ear drum usually takes minimum of 3 weeks to heal if it does not get infected. Don't let water enter you ear, keep a piece of cotton while taking bath. Don't use ear buds. Take immediate treatment if you get cold. Consult nearby ENT specialist immediately if you get any pain or discharge from ear.
You should consider visiting ENT specialist after 3 weeks of injury to confirm closure of perforation
