Hello, You've been in a fairly long relationship with your boyfriend and there are probably many aspects of the relationship that you both could address and look into. If his words have hurt, take your time to process which part hurt you most and why? Secondly, adapt a calm and assertive manner of telling him how you felt in that moment and how his words made you feel.
