Need a x ray to know that whether it's erupting properly or their is some hinderence in its erupting pathways.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash, apply ice pack from outside mouth over effected area if you feel any swelling.
Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
