No it’s not normal, anaemia during pregnancy has ill effects on fetal growth ,so you need to treat this , go fir serial USG’s for monitoring fetal growth and development , get intravenous iron injection, get blood investigation done for finding the cause and type of anaemia.

Hi Definitely not normal It's low Consult ur doctor . U are candidate fr full investigation n then iv Iron injection or blood transfusion accordingly , Ur doctor cn guide u the best Take iron rich diet .
