I am 20 now so can my height increase, currently it's 5,11 and does gym affect height , and is there any excercise

By 20 your skeletal growth would be complete. So you can go to the gym or any other workout that you like.

No, you cannot increase your height now. Gym or excercises cant influence your height at this age

You have utilized your growth potential to the max and the growth plates have fused. So no further physiological groth is expected. 5’11 is an excellent height. Gymming can’t hamper your groth anymore
