I had azithromycin tablets for 4 days due to cough .. Doctor prescribed 5 days.. But now i got stomach upset like gastric.. Can i continue medicines.. Or discontinue it.. Cough litter bit der not much..

Azithromycin could cause upset stomach,the trick is to take pantaprazole + domperidone twice a day,and have plenty of fluids and light non spicy food .it is better to take the Full course then to stop in between
