Tb diagnosed in May 2020. 6 months course completed in Nov 2020. Completely fine after the treatment.
Contacted covid in Apr 2021. Getting low grade fever, cold feet, severe headache, neck pain, weakness. My body would collapse on doing any work in 15 mins.
All blood tests reports came normal. Crocin, paracetamol did not lower fever. Doctor gave Naproxyn for 5 days and fever lowered but came back again. These things continued till 1 year and no improvement. Condition became worse. In March 2022, doctor started diagnosis for fever of unknown origin.
All tests came normal. There was a chronic empeyma in lungs. Att started empirically on 6 Apr 2022. Fever started lowering in first 2 weeks and condition improved. But condition became worse again.
We got a PET scan done of whole body and the empeyma was active.
Got the surgery done and second line drugs started on seeing the biopsy report. Little improvement seen after 2 weeks and condition started to worsen again.
