34 yr old female has 3 small lymph nodes on left side of the neck last year.. so she went to ent dr he prescribed some tab and after 6months she again had pain on tat place so she went to another ent they took a scan and also test the lymphnodes ,tb negative .. and they gave 5days antibiotics course she completed.. after 4months now she had cough at night and no fever.. and suddenly she had breathing problem so dr gave her allergy tablets but after a week her symptoms didn't go away so her pulmonologist suggest her to take a tb test .. and detected tb.. for the past two days she is taking medicine .. but she is very tired and she cnt even cook.. very mild infection only.. gave 4tablets ..
My doubt is shal we take her to our home?? Which is 300km away from her home.. if we take her here her mom and dad is heart patient and also sugar and bp is there.. will it affect them??

You can take her home if there is availability of hospital near by where you can go in case of need. If she is sputum positive then she precautions should be taken to avoid spread of infection, like wearing a mask, proper disposal of sputum , sleeping in seperate room etc. Talking about weakness in case of tuberculosis low grade fever, appetite loss and weakness persist for 2-3 week which will gradually improve over the course.

the first thing she needs is complete rest since she is not putting well..she is not supposed to cook.
