hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses at home. this will give you relief from pain. also, you need to visit a dentist before taking any medications. get an x-ray for that tooth. that will enable the dentist to decide whether it needs to be removed or not.

It is safe to extract a wisdom tooth. We need to check the position and root anatomy with the help of dental x ray and then proceed with the procedure. If the wisdom tooth is not erupting / coming out in the right position or if space for it is insufficient, it is always advisable to remove it.

Hi
To start with go ahead with a course of pain killer and antibiotic. If the symptoms subside then it's fine .
If this incidence reoccurs then probably take a call on removal of tooth .

hello, u will be asked to go for a OPG xray followed by a appointment fixture with a surgeon.. Surgeon will operate the tooth only if there is a bony obstruction during removal..
Hi, Please take out an xray to see the position of wisdom teeth & if pain due to wisdom teeth happens frequently it is better to get it removed under antibiotic cover. But if it is the first time you are experiencing pain you can brush the area properly combined with warm water & salt gargles & take some pain killer.
Depends on the position of teeth in your mouth, for which proper examination and radiograph is required. Analgesics will not help you for longer duration, so visit your dental surgeon immediately.
