I would suggest specially in this Covid-19 crisis situation to take medication for now to relief pain in order to postpone your treatment. Then if severe pain recurs you can go to any Government Hospital or Private hospital. After lockdown you have to definitely consult with your nearest Dentist.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to be at home and take medicine. You can take Tab Augmentine 625mg-thrice daily for 5 days, painkiller you can have Tab Zerodol-p-sos. followed By Tab Pan-40mg-once daily in the morning before breakfast.
Health Tips
Do brush your teeth twice daily for 2min,rinse your mouth with Chlorhexidine mouthwash and try to avoid eat food from the side from where you are having pain and try to avoid any food lodge ment there.
First and foremost , get an x-ray done of the wisdom tooth that is your 3rd molar as well as your RC treated 2nd molar.
After the x-ray you will mostly have 3 scenario :
a) Reinfection/ Secondary caries with already RC treated Teeth: You will need Re Root canal Treatment with the 2nd molar followed by a crown.
b) Infection/ caries with 3rd Molar: Treatment will be root-canal with the 3rd molar. This will extend the life of your 3rd molar as well as will help your 2nd molar.
c) Severely infected/ Impacted 3rd Molar: This will need an immediate extraction.
Next Steps
Consult your Dentist and get an x-ray done as soon as possible.
