Regarding wisdom teeth
I have impacted wisdom teeth ...it hurt second molar teeth ...so kindly suggest me what we should do ...I already went for 2 nd molar RCT few months back...also it suddenly some times create pain ...kindly suggest me for best treatment for wisdom teeth n already 2 nd molar RCT teeth

If the third molar causing pressure to the 2nd molar laterally, due to its improper inclination within the bone, needs extraction(of impacted wisdom) for complete relief. Pls share pic for better judgement.

For wisdom tooth share your xray, if it's stuck inside jaw it creates pressure on adjacent teeth and causes pain. This pain may also get referred to ear and head. So it's better to get x ray done and accordingly plan. Mostly the tooth may require an extraction.

Kindly post a picture of the affected tooth. Attach an x-ray too. Usually impacted tooth goes for extraction. But we need x-ray to confirm it.
