Weight is not difficult to loose . Just start some small changes in your routine like watch your steps or any physical activity with water intake . Limit sweets tea coffe n alcoholic beverage etc . You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

hi there!! Restricting all junk foods will not help in weight loss at all. Listen to your body what its trying to say. You need lifestyle modifications as per your comfort. Eating out parting is allowed during weight loss journey.

Hello, Firstly I would suggest ruling out any medical causes of wt gain like Hypothyroid,PCOD or any other underlying hormonal causes and then depending on your family history, Symptoms and Biochemical parameters may require further evaluation. From my perspective I would analyse your Lifestyle factors that could cause wt gain like Diet, Exercise, Stress, Hydration, Sleep. Later would plan a diet taking into consideration your likes dislikes schedule etc.
