Regarding vitamin d2
I have tested vitamin d which is -18 than after three months of using vitamin d3 60000 iu for three months once a week than after three months I have done vitamin d2 again it shows -29 and again can I use for three months more or if again for three months if use once a week it safe or can cause calcification in heart and kidney

Your d3 is below average...continue taking 60k iu for 3 month.. But u need supervion & monitoring...
