Regarding vit b12
My doctor prescribe me nurokind od sublingual tablet as my vit b12 is 161 and d3 is also low and bcz of that haemoglobin is also low 11...after taking 1 month and 10 days of rejunex cd3 for poor memory, concentration issue and forgetfulness and afterwards i get tested  my vit b12 was 161,d3 15,RBC 11...afterwards my doctor prescribe me nurokind od sublingual tablet but whenever i take nurokind od tablet it causes stomach pain and bloating...why is it happening???what is the difference between vit b12 sublingual tablet and normal oral tablet???why doctor prescribe sublingual tablet rather than hard geltain capsule or soft gelatin capsule???is sublingual tablet better absorb by the body???plz replyyyyyy sir/mam

Take vit b12 tablet after meals to avoid stomach pain and bloating.Plenty of liquids orally. Consult with your physician for further advice.
