Regarding USG report
Is Progesterone & folic acid tablet helpful when USG report showing ( post 7 week from LMP) no cardiac activity seen?
If yes, then how many days we need to take it.
Currently there is no medicine running.

Progesterone and folic acid tablets are to maintain the pregnancy,
If there is already missed abortion then it won't help...
Folic acid and progesterone tablets should be taken in 1st trimester means upto 12- 14 weeks of pregnancy...
