Regarding Ultrasound
Foetus: Longitudinal lie in cephalic presentation. Placenta:Posterior GrT covering internal os in 18th week of pregnancy. What does that mean? Further can a low lying placenta move up on its own?

If it is covering internal os it is placenta previa. . . No it cannot go up unless it was margin. Need to take care and be under the supervision of the gynaecologist..
