Regarding typhoid fever
Sir I was diagnosed with typhoid fever on 3 rd october. I was having fever of 100.5 for 2 days. I have been treated with antibiotics name cefolac o and pant d for 7 days. Fever subsided after 3 days but after stopping antibiotics I have body temperature in range of 98-99 f and have a lot of weakness in legs feeling like I walked 10 km in one go. Taking normal food now with coconut water. During infection period from 3-10 oct was on khichdi and daliya diet.I was having no stomach pain but constipation was the main issue. I feel bloated and constipated even after treatment. Attaching my report and rest all parameters were normal. I have done fever panel test dengue malaria was normal. Esr was 11.Platelet were :-255000 Haemoglobin:-14.4 Tlc :- 8500

Add probiotics to your diet Darolac 1 cap bd for 5 days Zincovit 1 cap daily( if not on ant irher vitamin) Taje soft eay to digest diet Maintain hydration Thesde will help with constipation and bloating.
