Regarding to diabetic food chart
Recently I have diagnosed with high sugar level early morning sugar 217 2 hours after tiffen 450 i consult general physician he given metaphormine 500mg& glimipiride 2mg now my sugar levels decrease to 162 sir can I eat chicken , fish i avoid corbohydrate food

Hi., I can understand your. Yes you can eat fish and chicken but limited qty. Avoid rice made items and processed foods. Take care.
