Regarding Thyroid tablets dosage
Dear Experienced Doctors, I would love to hear suggestion from all of you regarding my dosage of thyroid tablets. I am non pregnant woman and was prescribed 50mcg thyroid tablets 2 years ago and I was using the same from 2 years regularly. But recently, i started feeling irritated, sleeplessness & anxiety , tremors as well so when researched in Google I found the symptoms may be due to over dosage of thyroxine. So I have clinically tested for t3, t4 ,TSH recently. I am attaching my latest report for your reference as well. I am also sharing my levels for previous 3 years as well below. On date 06.02.2025  - T3-0.74, T4-14.57, TSH - 1.261 On date 17.09.2024 - T3-0.83 , T4-10.64 , TSH-1.879 On date 06.10.2023 - T3-1.01, T4-7.51, TSH - 7.302

Symptoms are not specific to thyroid function . So get your self checked by the respective speciality . Thyroid function is under control and for that too you have to be under care of an endocrinologist and can’t just ask and follow opinion from a public platform . As doctors we need detail history

Your T4 level is slightly raised. Readjustment of dose may be required as you are symptomatic also. Consult your Physician.

You have gathered incorrect information Since your thyroid levels done on 6th of February are normal your symptoms are unrelated to hypothyroidism
