Regarding Tagara
Is Tagara addictive ? Should it be used for short term only ? What is the ideal dosage for Tagara ? Please let me know.

Don't take same medicine for a long time, change the medication every 4rth week. I suggest you not to get habituated to any drug, let the body improve its capacity of getting healed.

No it's not. Dosage - 1 tablet twice a day It improves sleeping patterns, helps cope up anxiety
