Can I take whey protein powder if my SGPT SGOT levels are 85 and 60 respectively.
I do work out at home due to lockdown.
Can protein powder damage my liver?

Protein ( human consumable and nonallergic) alone will not damage your liver unless additives are added which cause inflammation to the liver.
