Regarding pulse rate
Hi i have pulse rate problem sometimes it increases may be psvt or ist but after few months of start taking medicine betablocker i don't feel dhak dhak when pulse rate increase like 145-150 bpm but few days all of sudden i feel dhak dhak in chest very thumping sensation in chest measure pulse rate 135 bpm what is this in net I read nsvt also happen like this

If you have a history of psvt or ist, the sudden change in symptoms can be due to the same reason. B blockers are prescribed in patients with these conditions. The best thing to do right now is to consult a physician and understand why is this happening. If pulse rate is high, it’s something you should get checked in person and as soon as possible
