Regarding pcos
My wife having pcos with multiple small sys measuring 4-5mm small in left ovary which tested in month of july.she is having irregular periods and not conceiving also.when we spoke to Dr they it is normal with 4-5mm.plz suggest me what to do.

The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction Height n weight of patient Irregularly person n not conceiving needs to be investigated

You will have to rule out other causes as well and then can go for ovulation induction in a controlled way.

You've to consult for follicular monitoring, if follicles size is not increasing then you've to go for ovulation induction with medicines and follow up with ultrasound in that particular cycle.
