Regarding pain in testis
I use to feel pain in one of my testis. Sometimes pain is not bearable when there is movement. Also the pain happen in stomach nerve from tesitis till stomach.

Hey ,there is nerve running from inguinal region to testis. So pain radiates from testis to abodomen. kidney stones and some hernias may cause testicle pain.consult urologist
