Regarding my doubts
Hii I am mom of 8 months baby boy so after c section should I use any belt would it will be helpful. Please suggest me on that

It is now 8 months post Caesarean. You should have worn the belt soon after the stitches were removed. Anyway, please consult with your Gynaecologist who operated upon you.

Actually it is advisable immediately after c-section stitches are removed.. but now I don't think it will help you..
