There are many reasons for Nausea and Vomiting, some serious others functional, not so serious. Unless the causes are known it is not advisable to advise continued administration of any medicine howsoever safe it may appear. Your nausea if from serious causes like liver involvement, metabolic reasons, other drug effects it must be pin pointed first. Other simple reasons like food irritation, anxiety, unpleasant odours etc are other causes which too need to be ascertained and then only should be ratified by a qualified physician.

There should be no need to take Vomikind for one month. You should consult a General Physician in your area who can do a complete physical examination and advise some investigations. Your aim should be to find out why you have nausea.
