Regarding lump

Asked for Male, 29 Years

When I touch my chest beside right nipple I can feel lump which moves and slightly pains I had those on my thighs and I had done chest CT 10 months back in December after covid it was clear can it be dangerous ?

Lump beside nipple may not be visible on CT chest. You should defnitely consult. It may be some benign lesion. But a normal CT is not reassuring
