Pain at right side of my chest nipple

Hi, i am male 23 years .I've pain at right side nipple. It is slightly different from left side i am not sure why this is happening but it is bigger from left and it is painful.can you please suggest me what is the reason for the same and whom to consult.?

Sometimes male also have breast enlargement at puberty due to hormonal changes. Size difference might be there. If no symptoms like pain then we can ignore. If pain is present then you need to consult a surgeon.
