Regarding kshar sutra

Good morning, i had a fistula in ano(bhagandra) of 5 cm. I underwent kshar sutra thread therapy since Jan 2023. Today suddenly my kshar sutra thread came automatically out from the wound in anal region. Is this ok? It was my 9th kshar sutra.
The thread was completely ok without any breakage but it came automatically. Kindly guide . Thankyou.

It usually happen after completion of treatment, otherwise if no pus, wound is healthy and if thread had cut after loosing the strength, then fistulotomy can be done
If thread has come in loop then nothing to worry

Good morning
This is a common occurrence with kshar Sutra treatment i.e slippage of kshar Sutra
If the adequate cutting has happened with kshar Sutra you can go for Fistulectomy under proper Anesthesia its the second step in kshar Sutra treatment, and if a significant amount of muscle complex is left to be managed/cutting with kshar Sutra, then kshar Sutra should be re interested in proper tract under suitable anaesthesia
