Regarding juice and fruits
Respected mam or sir which juice is good for reducing blood pressure and maintaining a healthy heart and life style and which time is ideal for taking it the juice mostly can we take beetroots juice and carrots juice. Pomogranate juice in alternate days amongs 3 juice which juice is more usefull to take in reducing blood presure ans and fruits which fruits is goods for healthy hearts ... Along with that which brands of brown rice is also good for reducing blood presure...and after coming it from workout in evening can i have a bowl of fruits everyday...

You can have beetroot, carrot, vegetable and pomegranate juice preferably at Breakfast. Dawat brown rice or kohinoor charminar brown rice are good. You can have a bowl of fruits everyday.
