Regarding in taken expiry tablet.
This morning, i took rantac 300 tablet. That mentioned expiry date of February 24. I want to know that today is the 29th of feb, is it effective or harmful.

Expiry date is the date at which the drug acts optimally, beyond that the drug may have optimal/ suboptimal/ or more adverse reactions. In your case feb 2024 is expiry date and till february, it is safe.
