Regarding Hypochondria
So in April my psychiatrist diagnosed me with hypochondria and with OCD. I was on clonazepam and daxid. But currently stopped it, because I got better. But sometimes I get withdrawal symptoms and my sleep schedule and cycle plus quality of sleep are too bad. And If I feel any minor symptom, I start getting hypochondriac attacks again. I feel really helpless. I mean everyone has fear of cancer or carcinophobia but mine is extreme. First attack I got when I was 12.

Hypochondia or Illness anxiety disorder is a chronic mental illness previously known as hypochondria. People with this disorder have a persistent fear that they have a serious or life-threatening illness despite few or no symptoms. Medications and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) can help.
