So in April my psychiatrist diagnosed me with hypochondria and with OCD. I was on clonazepam and daxid. But currently stopped it, because I got better. But sometimes I get withdrawal symptoms and my sleep schedule and cycle plus quality of sleep are too bad. And If I feel any minor symptom, I start getting hypochondriac attacks again. I feel really helpless.
I mean everyone has fear of cancer or carcinophobia but mine is extreme. First attack I got when I was 12.

Hi ma'am, generally it's not advisable to abruptly stop medicines without consulting a doctor as it may aggravate symptoms and even cause some withdrawals.
