Need doctor for hypochondria anxieties.

Hi doctor, I am dieing day by day due to hypochondria nature anxities. I am not able to identify difference between real symtoms or symtoms created by my brain. I am enduring all this since 4 year. I tried psychiatry treatment from aug 2021 to jan 2023 . I was peroxitine 37.5 , oleanz 2.5 and colotrtine ( sos). I left course inbetween without informing my doctor because it was not resolving my issue. I am crying daily. Now i am diagnosed with provisional ibs and i scared of color cancer. I have only fear or cancer disease. I pray God to kill with heart attack if i have to endure all this. I really need help. I really need doctor who can understand me and guide me...I dnt want doctor to give me Medicine. I am ready to spend lakh rupees ...but i really need help. One loose motion make me scrare if i got colon cancer. Anal fissure blood in tissue paper causes me panic attack. I did my CBC, stool complete analysis. All came normal'. Please 🙏 🙏 suggest good doctor in Bangalore
