Do we lose or gain height if we climb stairs continuously for 20 mins and can we climb stairs in barefoot or should we wear chappal.. Please help me with this..

By doing it for one day , you would not have any changes in Ur body weight, by doing it regularly as a excercise u can try to decrease Ur weight
