Does accupressure technique causes an increase in height and if it does what are the points for increasing height??

At 20 Yrs of age, its difficult to increase the height, but upto 25yrs of age you can expect about further 5cms of height increase. Please do not try to take any powders or medicines to increase the height and do not harm your body.

At 20 yrs age height will not increase by any means... On an average height increase by 5 cm upto 25 yrs in male and 21 yrs in female...
