Regarding heart attacks
Why all of sudden there is increase of sudden heart attacks irrespective of ages even fittest people also dying with heart strokes. Am post covid patient and all of sudden am getting anxiety issues with people getting sudden heart attacks , I am getting fear of it.

Heart attack is increasing because of change in lifestyle, stress., inappropriate food habits, lack of exercise. COVID-19 is also a proven risk factor, although not a common risk factor.
