Regarding health mix
Does health mix increases weight... I have hypothyroidism though it's under control... Can I take health mix daily in the morning instead of oats.. Oats or health mix which is better.. Pls advice.. Im taking rice only in the noon... To maintain weight... Im 64 kg and my height is 162cms... Pls advice... Which is better oats or health mix

Gud evening  pls share your blood test  reports  of thyroid issues and if any other tests done along with it like diabetes test,lipid profile test, liver tests etc.pls try to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine like a healthy  balanced diet with 30-40mins  of exercise  6 days in a week,stress  management by either doing yoga or meditation for minimum  of 20mins in evening time, adequate water intake  approx  9f 3 ltrs including other liquid food items like low fat or tonned milk,clear home made soups,plain lemon  water in early morning  or 1hr after lunch or dinner time,sleeping should be early by 11pm .all these things should be done then only u can attain a sustainable result.

Greetings!   Health mix should not be taken in porridge form. If you can prepare roti or dosa with it by adding some salt then you can consume 1 or 2 depending on your nutritional requirement. Oats is better if it is consumed as rolled oats. Do not go for instant oats. Include lots of vegetables, atleast 100-200gm in the meal. Both oats and health mix can be consumed alternatively, but the form of preparation matters.

Go for plain, white oats which are minimally processed, and avoid masala oats, or any other cereals which are more processed. You can have these highly processed cereals for a change, but avoid having regularly. All the best.
