Regarding Eyesight
I'm sorry for asking this again. But I need help and please help me here. I am 19 and I started wearing spectacles last week. My doctor gave me a prescription of -0.25D Cylindrical Power only in Left Eye and -0.5D Cylindrical Power only in Right Eye. Now, since last week, I am wearing the glasses constantly, while reading, while using phone and laptop, driving, etc.etc. 1. Am I supposed to wear the glasses, all the time? 2. If I don't wear glasses all the time, will my eyes get weaker? 3. If I wear glasses all the time, including while using laptop and phone, will my eyes get weaker? When I wear glasses while using phone or laptop...the sharpness of the text Slightly increases. But it is ok. Now what am I supposed to do? Also, How can I improve my vision? I want to be a pilot, I really need your help with this. Thank you Ma'am and Sir.

Hello Sir. Ans 1. Yes you should wear glasses all the time Ans 2. If you don't wear glasses all the time though your eyes won't get weaker but at times with cylinder power people get heaviness around eyes and headaches too. Ans 3. If you use glasses regularly doesn't mean you get used to it and the eyes will become weaker, intact the clarity of vision will improve with glasses and will have a soothing comfort on eyes. To maintain good eye health Do not rub your eyes, Wear Spectacles regularly, follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/Mobile, maintain healthy lifestyle, healthy nutritious diet, adequate sleep, adequate water intake , daily exercise and 6 monthly eye check up.
