Regarding conceiving
Hi.. I'm a diabetic, and trying for conceiving. I have a regular cycle with 29-30 days, my last period was on 16th September and we had Itercourse during ovulation 30th n 1st October, is there any chances of pregnancy? If not what should I have to do to get pregnant soon, kindly help. I'm taking gycomet tablets. Please help..

First check if blood sugar values are under control and then plan for pregnancy.

You have to get done basic investigation needed for fertility and husband semen analysis.Also you should get basic ultrasonography to know the status of ovaries.Eith all reports meet to gynaecologist.
